Brief

Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management Philippines needed an x-stand banner system for regional partner groups and disaster-response events. The challenge was to keep the message clean and urgent while making room for many partner logos, local chapter names, sponsor information, and event contact details.

System Direction

The design uses a restrained white field, warm orange disaster-response accents, a mountain-like horizon form, and bird silhouettes to suggest readiness, movement, and coordinated action. The lower orange panel anchors the contact details and sponsor mark so the middle area can focus on partner visibility.

Regional Variants

Each banner keeps the same visual structure while adapting the headline, local chapter name, partner logo set, and location information. This made the system consistent across different regions without forcing every banner to carry the exact same content.

Print Considerations

The layout was built for quick scanning in a venue: large top branding, grouped partner marks, high-contrast campaign copy, and a clear bottom information band. The system needed to work both as an individual banner and as a row of banners inside a conference or coordination room.

Outcome

The finished x-stand system gave APAD Philippines a practical, repeatable event asset for regional visibility. It helped unify different local networks under one disaster-management message while keeping each banner specific to its own partner group and location.
