Privacy at a glance
We use your information to manage enquiries, creator reviews, orders, and support. Marketplace payments use GCash instructions and manual verification.
Information We Collect
EliteNuggets may collect information you submit through project forms, seller registration, guest writer registration, checkout, contact emails, and blog or marketplace workflows. This can include your name, email address, company, website, project notes, seller details, guest writer details, order details, and message content.
The site may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, approximate location, referral source, and security logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to project requests, review seller and guest writer applications, process orders, send receipts, provide buyer support, improve the site, protect the marketplace, and maintain a useful blog and creative resource library.
Payments
Current marketplace orders use GCash payment instructions and manual verification. We collect the buyer details needed for the order, the GCash reference submitted by the buyer, and the payment and order status so our team can verify payment, deliver purchased files, and provide support. We do not ask for or store full payment card numbers on this website.
Cookies, Analytics, And Advertising
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site operation, security, analytics, advertising, and ad measurement. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites.
You can manage optional cookies at any time by using the sticky cookie icon on the website. Strictly necessary cookies stay on because they are needed for security, forms, checkout, and core site behavior.
Functional cookies help remember preferences. Performance cookies help us understand what pages and resources are useful. Targeting and ads cookies may support ad measurement or personalized advertising when ad tools are enabled. You can also use your browser settings and Google ad controls to manage personalized advertising preferences.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help run the website, hosting, payments, email delivery, security, analytics, advertising, and order support. We do not sell submitted project, seller, or guest writer form details as a standalone contact list.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, complete transactions, review applications, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet operational or legal needs.
Your Choices
You can contact EliteNuggets to ask about your information, request an update, or request deletion where available. Some order, security, or business records may need to be retained.
