Terms at a glance
Project work begins after written scope confirmation. Digital assets are licensed under the terms shown with each listing. GCash orders unlock after payment verification.
Using The Site
EliteNuggets provides creative service information, project intake, digital asset listings, seller registration, guest writer registration, and blog content through elitenuggets.com. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
Creative Services
Project requests do not create a confirmed engagement by themselves. Scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, ownership, revisions, and payment terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Digital Assets
Digital assets may include templates, design files, motion assets, presentation assets, web kits, and other downloadable materials. Unless a listing says otherwise, purchases grant a license to use the asset, not ownership of the original intellectual property.
Buyers are responsible for checking that an asset fits their intended use. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, or claim purchased assets as your own standalone product unless the asset license clearly allows it.
Payments And Orders
Marketplace orders currently use GCash payment instructions and manual verification. Downloads are made available after payment is verified. Prices, fees, and availability may change. For a receipt or order issue, contact support with your order reference.
Sellers And Guest Writers
Seller registration and guest writer registration require review. EliteNuggets may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, drafts, or published materials that do not fit the site standards.
Blog Content
Blog content is provided for general creative, business, and educational purposes. Guest posts may reflect the author's perspective and do not automatically represent a formal endorsement by EliteNuggets.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site to submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, adult, malware-related, spam, or low-quality content. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or bypass site systems.
